Kara is a dedicated Manual Osteopathic Practitioner with a strong foundation in human movement and over a decade of experience in the health and wellness field. Her journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph, which led to 10+ years of work as a kinesiologist, mobility specialist, and strength and conditioning coach. Throughout that time, she earned multiple certifications and developed a deep respect for the body’s structure and function. Seeking a more holistic and impactful way to support healing, Kara went on to complete her Master in Practice of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (MOMSc) at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy.

The transition to osteopathy was deeply personal, sparked by an injury that shifted both her career direction and personal philosophy. This experience led Kara to explore the body’s innate ability to heal and the importance of structural balance. With over 7 years of clinical Osteopathic experience, her treatments now extend beyond traditional musculoskeletal and soft tissue adjustments, incorporating intuitive energy work that often guides the session in unexpected but effective ways.

Since the age of 33, Kara has been on a personal journey of deeper self-inquiry and spiritual growth, which continues to influence both her life and her approach to healing. A passionate student of psychology, personality theory, astrology, meditation, and consciousness, she approaches health as a multidimensional process. By integrating intuition, spiritual insight, and hands-on manual therapy, Kara creates space for clients to access deeper states of balance, awareness, and transformation—treating not just the body, but the whole being.
